We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support our accounting department by managing daily financial transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting with month-end close procedures. You will work closely with senior accounting staff to ensure financial transparency and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Transactions: Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date ledgers
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and issue bills in a timely manner
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and vendor accounts
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Month-End Close: Support senior accountants with end-of-month and year-end closing processes.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Assist with internal and external audits by pulling required documentation
