Role Overview

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and managing social media campaigns across Facebook and

Instagram.
- Setting it up effectively in terms of budget and conversions.
- Implementing effective campaigning strategies best suited for the clients and the goals of the

business.
- Analyzing advertising trends and giving recommendations accordingly.
- Reviewing and analyzing the running campaigns regularly.




- Hands-on running purchase & conversion ads.

Required Qualifications &Skills;
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1- 2 years proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a strong

track record of achieving measurable results.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Facebook/Meta Ads Manager platform,

including audience targeting, ad creation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to

make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance insights effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Robust attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
