Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the patient journey from admission to discharge.
- Ensure timely scheduling of appointments, investigations, and follow-up consultations.
- Resolve patient concerns and provide prompt assistance to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
