Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and handling departmental notices.
- Calculate, deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns within statutory timelines.
- Prepare and manage Advance Tax computations and coordinate Income Tax compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements,



and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and internal auditors during audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
- Handle payroll accounting entries and statutory accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and taxation laws.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Work closely with banks, consultants, and government departments whenever required.
- Identify process improvements and implement accounting best practices.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
