About Biofrost
- Biofrost is India's cryotherapy-based cold therapy brand for topical pain relief, a natural, odorless, non-greasy range available as Gel, Roll-On and Spray.
- A brand of Aamrita Global LLP, supported by pharmaceutical manufacturing heritage through our sister concern Cheryl Laboratories (US FDA and UK MHRA recognized facilities).
- We are building a new category in India: cold therapy for fresh soreness and inflammation, sold across marketplaces, quick commerce, D2C and institutional B2B.

Role
Own performance across marketplaces and quick commerce, covering ad spends, listings, visibility and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and Blinkit: Sponsored Products, Brands, Display and keyword strategy.
- Own RoAS, ACoS, CTR and conversion rate by platform and SKU.
- Manage listings end to end: titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend keywords, storefronts and category placement.
- Lead onboarding and scale-up of Instamart, Zepto and other quick commerce platforms, including catalogue, visibility,



availability and promo calendars.
- Track competitor pricing, keywords and offers, and feed insights into pricing, bundling and stock planning.
- Work with operations on inventory health, stock-outs, returns and buy-box or availability issues.
- Build weekly reporting that connects spend to revenue.
- A/B Testing, SEO, AEO, GEO.

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketplace advertising experience. Amazon Ads mandatory, quick commerce platforms an advantage.
- Solid technical command of each platform's ad console, bidding mechanics, catalogue and seller-central back end, not surface-level dashboard use.
- Strong analytical skills, able to build and defend your own reports in Excel or Sheets.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflow for creatives, copy, keyword sets and reporting.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, personal care or FMCG preferred.
