Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida for a Site Lead - Employee Transportation.



The Site Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of employee commute services, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transport for all assigned locations. Responsibilities include coordinating with fleet vendors, drivers, security staff, and internal stakeholders, managing route planning and optimization, and monitoring adherence to service-level agreements. The role involves resolving operational issues in real time, handling incident management and escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. The Site Lead will also track and analyze operational data, prepare periodic reports, support budgeting and cost control, and lead a local team to deliver high-quality, employee-centric transportation services.
