We need a 'Culinary Mentor', not just a cook. You must have expertise in teaching Indian & International cuisine, Baking, Confectionery, and high-end Plating. You will run our commercial kitchen lab.
Your Impact:
- Teach knife skills, mother sauces, and molecular gastronomy.
- Manage kitchen hygiene (HACCP) and inventory.
- Mentor students to create their own recipes.
