What this role is (in easy words)
- One of our largest MNC clients gives us around 220-250 tripsevery month across three of our locations. You will be the single point of contact for this client. Every order, every question and every problem of this client comes to you first. The clientshould never need to call three different people - only you.
- Manage the document flow (LR/POD copies must reach the client on time). Prepare detention/halting claims with system data.
