Video Production Executive

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute video shoots for corporate, promotional, educational, and social media content.
- Cover company events, hackathons, workshops, bootcamps, and other on-ground activities.
- Operate and manage camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
- Manage video assets, footage libraries, and production timelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality edited videos.
- Travel for event coverage whenever required.

Requirements:
- Must own a DSLR/Mirrorless camera and basic production equipment.
- Experience in corporate shoots, interviews, event coverage, and promotional videos.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve,



or similar tools.
- Understanding of framing, lighting, audio recording, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently handle complete video production workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
- Available for full-time, on-site work in Jaipur.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for startups, brands, or educational organizations.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.
- Experience shooting content optimized for social media platforms.
