Site Management.

We are building a industrial building for a company.
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure smooth progress as per schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams for timely work execution.
- Maintain quality control of construction materials and workmanship.
- Monitor progress and report daily/weekly updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline.
- Manage workforce allocation and resolve on-site issues effectively.

Store & Material Management
- Handle the receipt, storage, and issue of all construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and daily material usage records.
- Ensure material quality and quantity verification at the time of delivery.




- Regularly reconcile physical stock with records and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials as per project needs.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, measurement, and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and basic computer operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
