Wolters Kluwer is seeking a motivated and talented DevSecOps Lead Engineer to join our agile team. This is an exciting prospect for an individual with hands-on experience in a mature software engineering and a DevSecOps environment to further develop their skills and make a meaningful impact within a forward-thinking organization. As a DevSecOps Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering team, contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise cloud platform.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Engineer scalable and reliable software systems.
- Define and implement best practices in coding with support of AI
- Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms.
- Lead work activities using SRE principles, such as resilience, metrics, capacity planning, toil, Incident management and security
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, operations, QA, etc.).




- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders including executives.
- Implement and Manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Develop scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and help transform container and serverless architectures, such as AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Services), Docker and Azure Functions.
- Ensure software and platforms comply with security standards and regulations.
- Implement security best practices and conduct regular security assessments.
- Adhere to access controls and protect sensitive data.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure setups.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and methodologies.
- Participate in agile / scrum project planning and execution.
- Adhere to projects schedule
