- Qualification as per AICTE norms
Experience
- Minimum 6-8 years of teaching experience in Engineering Colleges
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching for undergraduate engineering programs
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, and technical activities
- Contribute to curriculum development and accreditation processes
- Mentor junior faculty members and support departmental growth initiatives
- Participate in research, publications, consultancy, and innovation activities
Required Skills:
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Leadership and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with Power Systems, Electrical Machines, Renewable Energy, Control Systems, and industry practices
- Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
