Role Summary:
Responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, finalizing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in account finalization and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation concepts.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting and account finalization preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
