Business Development Lead

Role Overview

Balwaan Krishi Agritech Machinery is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, strengthening dealer and distributor networks, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in the agricultural machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities across agricultural machinery, farm equipment, and agri-tech segments.
- Expand and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across key markets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for existing and new product categories.
- Establish strategic partnerships with agri-businesses, FPOs, cooperatives, financial institutions, government bodies, and institutional buyers.
- Collaborate with leadership on business strategy,



revenue planning, pricing, channel development, and market expansion initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, dealer meets, and strategic business discussions.
- Track sales performance, channel productivity, and key business metrics to ensure achievement of growth objectives.
- Build scalable business development processes and systems to support long-term expansion.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Management, Corporate Sale, Client Onboarding, or Commercial Growth roles.
- Experience in Agricultural Machinery, Farm Equipment, Agri-Inputs, Agri-Tech, or related sectors prefer
