Roles And Responsibilities:
- Selecting suitable hardware to meet the customer requirement within product range
- Preparation of detailed analysis/ report of live demo and presentation as required.
- Capturing the detailed customer requirements upfront to enable quick and successful project closure.
- Installation and training our productivity solutions at customer site
- Providing post installation support by trouble shooting and handling unique situations at the customer site
- Develop and maintain installation reports
- Independently handling day to day schedules as per senior instructions.
- Documenting the complex technical issues and communicating to customer and internal team.
- Upgrading and testing of recent software releases.
