About the Product - T-Cops
T-Cops is a Finance Locker - India's leading digital EMI recovery solution designed to safeguard mobile handset fi nancing. We simplify collections and reduce defaults through smart locking systems integrated with smartphones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow territory sales through retailer onboarding and partner engagement
- Develop channel relationships across mobile dealers, DSA, and NBFCs
- Ensure T-Cops product is well implemented and activated at store level
- Train retailers & partners on product usage, benefi ts, and EMI recovery process
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure monthly activation & revenue targets
- Handle escalations and ensure seamless support to partners
- Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and feedback reporting
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in fi eld sales, preferably in Fintech, Telecom, or Mobile Sales
- Solid understanding of channel sales and dealer management
- Ability to meet sales targets and build strong partner relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
