Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Study Abroad Counselor at our Athwalines-Surat location who can combine expert counselingwith strong salesability. The role involves guiding students and parents, understanding their goals, and converting inquiries into successful enrollmentswhile delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, universities, courses, and visa procedures
- Understand student profiles and suggest suitable options
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams effectively
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate student records
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress effectively.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to students

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling or education sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Target-oriented with valuable negotiation ability
- Knowledge of visa processes for major countries is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred
