Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required time.
- Maintain customer records and update details in company systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending queries or requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service quality.

Required Skills:
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently.
- Basic typing and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
