Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Workday Payroll processes and payroll-related business processes.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and partner with Payroll teams to resolve on BAU issues.
- Perform system audits and data validation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll-related reporting and analytics using Workday reports.
- Configure and maintain Workday Benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollments, life events, and benefit elections.
- Monitor and work with HR-IT to troubleshoot benefits integrations issues.
- Collaborate with Perks vendors, HR Operations, and Payroll teams.
Workday Support & Testing
- Participate in Workday bi-annual release testing and implementation of new features.
- Analyze business requirements and assist in system enhancements.
- Document configurations, test scripts, and process workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting Workday Payroll and/or Benefits modules.
- Basic understanding of payroll processing, deductions, taxes, and benefits administration.
- Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis.
- Knowledge of employee life cycle events and HR business processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, and HCM modules.
- Exposure to Workday Business Process, EIBs, integrations, and security roles.
- Experience supporting payroll audits and compliance requirements.
- Workday certification or Workday implementation/support experience is an added advantage.
