Chemi Tech Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Solar Mounting Structures (MMS), Balance of System (BoS) components, and renewable energy solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure product quality, process compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the manufacturing cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of Solar Mounting Structures and related components.
- Inspect raw materials including GI coils, steel sections, fasteners, and fabricated components as per approved specifications.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with engineering drawings, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Measuring Tape, and other inspection instruments.
- Prepare and maintain quality documents including Inspection Reports, Check Sheets, NCRs, CAPA reports, and Material Inspection Reports.
- Coordinate and manage Third Party Inspections (TPI) by arranging inspections, presenting quality records,



addressing observations, and ensuring timely closure of inspection remarks.
- Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) to verify dimensions, quantity, finish, packing quality, labeling, and dispatch readiness before shipment.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, approved drawings, and project quality plans.
- Monitor galvanization/coating quality and verify material traceability.
- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores, Procurement, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Support internal, customer, and external quality audits.
- Maintain ISO 9001 quality documentation and ensure process compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve manufacturing quality.
