- Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical lead, guiding the team through complex challenges, and ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals
- Conduct functional and technical spikes to evaluate new approaches or technologies and effectively communicate findings to the team
- Provide support and mentorship to team members, helping them resolve blockers and grow their technical skills
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures,
and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Good hands-on experience in java, Spring boot, REST, Mongo DB, Dev Opps Technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with databases
