- Healthcare recruitment experience is mandatory
- Expertise in bulk/mass hiring
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment strategy
