About the Position:
We are looking for a Manager to join the Sales & Commercial ELS team, reporting directly to the Sales & Commercial Head.
This position is based at our office in Manesar.
Your Responsibilities will be:
1. Responsible for all commercial function including sales, marketing, business development and customer support for assigned Customers or region & new customers.
To support in company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth by developing short & long term marketing plans.
2. Formulating Sales and Marketing plans, guidelines and short-term strategies to achievethe goals and targets for the assigned BU/area
3. To develop & drive the pricing strategy of the company. Develop and implement company's sales & BD strategy across defined customers.
4. Execute benchmark, analyse results and monitor the main KPIs
5. To penetrate deep into the customer organization through sustainable relationships. Coordinate project resources ensuring the achievement of goals (budget, time, results, etc..)
6. Define sales plans and budgets, and the cost of distribution, for new products/services sharing the actions required to achieve these with the markets
