- Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator (SaaS/HaaS) provides operational and administrative support to the sales team across the end-to-end sales lifecycle. This role assists in managing reporting requirements, streamlining order processing,



and facilitating contract booking activities to ensure efficient and timely sales execution.

The role also contributes to building and maintaining a structured business support service center, enabling improved sales productivity, enhanced customer experience, and operational efficiency within a SaaS/HaaS environment.

- Assist in creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking metrics.
