Greetings from RAD Resources. A reputed Supermarket is looking for the Billing Executives (Positions: 10) with min 1yr experience who ensures smooth checkout operations by generating bills, processing payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records.
Responsibilities:
- Billing Operations: Generate bills accurately using POS or billing software.
- Cash Handling: Collect cash, manage cash drawers, and reconcile daily transactions.
- Payment Processing: Handle card, UPI, and digital wallet transactions securely.
- Customer Assistance: Resolve billing queries, explain charges, and provide receipts.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain billing logs, update transaction records, and report discrepancies.
- Team Coordination: Work with sales and inventory teams to ensure stock and billing accuracy
Skills Required:
- Graduate
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software (e.g., ZOHO, POS systems)
- Strong numerical and data entry skills
- Positive communication and customer service abilities
Note: Immediate joiners are preferred
