About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
- Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market insights to the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.




- Submit daily/weekly sales and field-visit reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 6-8 months of experience in field sales preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
