Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer (Rooftop Solar) to manage day-to-day site execution for rooftop solar PV projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of rooftop mounting structures, PV modules, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams at rooftop sites
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, including work-at-height safety, and conduct daily toolbox talks
- Monitor site progress and maintain DPRs, manpower records, and punch list closures
- Coordinate with clients, building management, and vendors for smooth site execution
- Support inspections, testing, and pre-commissioning activities
- Ensure proper material handling and protection of rooftop assets

Qualifications:




- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy
- 1-3 years of experience in rooftop solar PV projects
- Hands-on experience with metal sheet, RCC, and/or industrial rooftops
- Ability to read drawings, manage site teams, and handle multiple rooftop locations
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations PAN INDIA

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
