Dioste is a fast-growing women's fashion brand focused on trendy, premium-quality apparel. We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can scale our online sales through Meta and Google advertising.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
- Create and test current ad creatives, hooks, offers, and landing pages.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and maximize profitability.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of scaling eCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify.
- Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel building.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with D2C fashion or apparel brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, WhatsApp Marketing, and CRO.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets above ₹3 lakh.
