Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end terminal operations, including receipt, storage, loading, and dispatch activities
- Lead and supervise terminal staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimum productivity
- Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient fleet coordination
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and operational reporting
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations
- Monitor terminal equipment, utilities, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce losses
- Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and audit readiness at all times

Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in terminal operations, petroleum/bitumen logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Prior experience in handling terminal operations independently will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination
- Good understanding of safety regulations and operational compliance
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
