We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in Ops Risk and Regulatory Control to drive implementation of the Firm's Global Data Quality Policy to the division's most critical data, ensuring compliance to high standard.

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the Risk, Regulatory & Resilience, which performs various independent functions to ensure adequate controls are in place. We do this by providing an integrated risk and control framework to govern, assess, mitigate and manage financial and operational risk in Operations.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems,



markets and instruments that influence the team.
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements.
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output.
- Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution.- Robust understanding of the Data Policy standards and Sensitive Data requirements and use this to influence stakeholders.
- Support any Firm-wide data transformation initiatives such as BCBS239 on behalf of Operations.
- Should have worked closely with key Operations stakeholders across the Business to ensure compliance with data policies.
- Should have expertise in Collibra and cataloguing Data requirements, leverage this to provide valuable feedback to Firmwide Data Office on tooling enhancements, aligned to the intere
