Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily work operations and team performance.
- Assign tasks and monitor work quality.
- Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate with management and staff to achieve targets.
- Resolve workplace issues and maintain discipline.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
- Train and guide team members when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.:
- Android smartphone with Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or above is mandatory.:
- Minimum 4 GB RAM is required.:
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle teams and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and report management.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
