Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Drive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal processes.
- Design and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field (Master's degree or MBA in HR preferred).
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
