Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception Management
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with office security procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor appointments.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Prepare, maintain, and organise office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in drafting letters, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Maintain office stationery and coordinate with vendors for office supplies.
- Support management in day-to-day administrative activities.
HR & Recruitment Support
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Support onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain attendance records and other HR documentation when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Respond to client and employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure timely communication of key information to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in organising meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain registers for visitors, courier, inward and outward correspondence.
- Handle courier dispatches and incoming deliveries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports as required.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of company documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
