About the Role
EAX Media is looking for a Local SEO Specialist to help improve the online visibility of businesses through Google Business Profile optimization, local search strategies, and Google Maps ranking improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP)
- Improve Google Maps and Local Pack rankings
- Perform local keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build and manage local citations
- Monitor and improve online reviews and reputation
- Support geo-targeted SEO campaigns
- Track local rankings, website traffic, calls, and lead generation metrics
- Work closely with content and SEO teams to improve local visibility
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years of SEO or Local SEO experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile optimization
- Understanding of Google Maps and Local SEO ranking factors
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Whitespark, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of Local Business Schema and citation management
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with multiple business locations
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity for SEO workflows
- Ability to analyze SEO performance and identify growth opportunities
Pay: ₹503,890.20 - ₹700,733.00 per year
