As a Jr. Inventory Operations Executive, you will support daily warehouse and inventory coordination activities, maintain accurate stock records, follow up with suppliers, and ensure smooth internal communication. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will gain strong exposure to operational processes and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Goods Receiving & System Entry - Record and update all incoming goods in the system accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all supporting documents (GRN, invoices, delivery notes, etc.) are properly maintained.
- Delivery Coordination - Track expected deliveries and update internal teams regarding arrival timelines. Follow up where required.
- Supplier Follow-ups- Coordinate with suppliers regarding dispatch timelines, delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Inventory Record Maintenance - Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory sheets/systems regularly to reflect correct stock positions.
- Discrepancy Tracking - Maintain logs of shortages, damages, or delivery-related issues and assist in resolving them.
- Internal Coordination - Work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth stock flow and quick resolution of stock-related queries.
- Stock Audit Support - Assist during stock audits and inventory reconciliation exercises.
