Role description:
- Role:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of network technology solutions to support evolving business requirements.
- Partner closely with Network Operations (NOC) and Solution Engineering teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Integrate new technologies into the existing enterprise network workplace, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities within the network infrastructure and drive remediation or improvement initiatives.
- Test, validate, and certify new software images and hardware platforms to ensure secure and reliable deployment.
- Maintain, audit, and enforce network configuration standards to ensure compliance, security, and operational consistency.
- Execute strategic initiatives aligned with the enterprise network architecture roadmap.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing exercises, security reviews, and audit activities.
- Actively engage in global collaboration channels, sharing relevant technical updates,
best practices, and operational insights.
Key Skills:
Experience:
5-7 years of proven experience in network engineering within an IT environment.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in technologies such as Routing/Switching, SD-WAN, Wireless, Firewall, F5, Cloud, Load Balancer, Zabbix, Zscaler, and mandatory experience in Aruba technologies.
