About Us
Bhushan Enterprises is a rapid-growing manufacturer of Aggregates, M-Sand, Plaster Sand and Construction Materials with multiple crushing and sand processing facilities in Karnataka.
We are looking for a highly energetic and hands-on Production & Maintenance Manager who can independently manage daily production, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, manpower and plant performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor crusher, screens and conveyor performance.
- Ensure optimum plant utilization.
- Minimize production losses.
- Coordinate production planning and dispatch.
Maintenance Management
- Lead mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
- Attend major breakdowns personally.
- Diagnose root causes of recurring failures.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules.
- Improve machine reliability and availability.
Application Question(s):
- 6 days a week working from Crusher Site with detailed preventive maintenance and dust control is mandatory. Are you ok with this?
- On need basis working on Sunday and taking off on week days will be needed to ensure preventive maintenance and plant upgradation is taken care of. Are you ok with this?
