Job Summary

You will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving support queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support for U.S.based clients.
- Understand customer issues and provide quick, accurate solutions.
- Maintain a polite, soft-spoken, and customer-friendly approach.
- Manage multiple customer requests efficiently during night shift hours.
- Record customer details, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams when escalation or technical help is required.
- Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and clear communication.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good soft-spoken and professional attitude.




- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer pressure calmly.
- Comfortable working in night shifts as per USA time zone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive typing and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in customer support, BPO, call center, US process, helpdesk, or technical support will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service or client support.
- Knowledge of POS systems, retail software, billing software, or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Ability to speak clearly with international customers.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

Salary

Salary will be based on skills, communication level, and experience.
Suggested Indeed format: ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience.
