Drive admissions and achieve monthly/annual enrollment targets.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, events, school visits, and local outreach.
- Manage and follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Conduct school tours and effectively communicate the preschool’s curriculum, facilities, and offerings.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through robust counselling and relationship-building skills.
- Maintain and track the admissions pipeline, lead status, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and marketing team to plan admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with parents and local communities to generate referrals and improve brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Train and guide the admissions/counselling team to improve conversions and customer experience.
