We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team and manage interior project sites along with related office coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other workers
- Read and understand interior drawings and layouts
- Check site measurements, workmanship and quality
- Coordinate material requirements and deliveries
- Monitor project progress and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, vendors and the office team
- Prepare daily site updates and progress reports
- Maintain proper site records and documentation
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications and schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in interior/site supervision preferred
- Knowledge of interior execution and construction materials
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Nagpur
