Position: Customer Communication & Mockup Confirmation Executive

Location:Surat

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary:₹20,000 - ₹25,000

Role Overview:
- Handle customer communication for product mockups and approvals
- Coordinate between design/production teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain records of customer feedback and confirmation status
- Provide timely updates to clients on project progress
- Build strong relationships through clear and professional communication

Key Responsibilities:
- Mockup confirmation with clients before production
- Clarify requirements and resolve queries quickly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactive follow‑ups
- Document communication for internal tracking




- Support sales/design teams with accurate client inputs

Skills Required:
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in handling customer calls and meetings
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Professional attitude and problem‑solving mindset
