About the Role:
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for Contact Center outsourcing opportunities across Domestic India and international markets. You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Technology, Workforce Management, Quality, Compliance, HR, and Senior Leadership to develop complete, compliant, commercially sound, and client-focused proposals.



The role combines bid management, proposal development, commercial pricing, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and solution narrative development and requires strong organizational, analytical, writing, and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Bid & Proposal Management
- Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle from RFP receipt and kick-off through final submission, including intake, qualification, planning, content development, review, and final delivery.
- Analyze RFP, RFI, and RFQ documents to identify scope, compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, and key win themes.
- Develop and maintain bid plans with clear milestones, owner assignments, and submission deadlines.
- Coordinate inputs from Operations, IT, Workforce Management, Quality, Compliance, HR, and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure submissions comply with client-specified formats, word limits, and mandatory requirements.
