- Understand customer goals, financial learning requirements, and career aspirations.

- Clearly communicate program benefits, curriculum, outcomes, and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, consultative selling, and consistent follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections and guide prospects through the complete sales journey from lead engagement to conversion.
