Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP (and IFRS where applicable).
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive accounting for share-based payments, revenue recognition, business combinations, and financial instruments, including classification,



measurement, and disclosures.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment for complex transactions, including investments and consolidation of entities.

Audit & Compliance
- Manage and coordinate US GAAP audits, serving as the key liaison with external auditors (Big 4 or equivalent).
- Provide technical accounting guidance to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations, ensuring timely implementation of current standards.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax, FP&A;, Treasury, and Legal, to support strategic initiatives and reporting requirements.
- Partner with senior management on the accounting implications of key business transactions.

Skill & Experience Needed
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
