Job Title:Manager, Global Logistics - TMS Outbound - Asia
Role Overview
- Experienced skilled with project management and technical expertise to lead Collins Transportation Management System (TMS)
outbound implementation and sustainment efforts in collaboration with Collins production sites. Drive implementation of new sites with the 3rd party logistics (3PL) partner, from defining requirements through launch, to post go-live support and continuous improvement projects.
- This is a central corporate role that acts as a consultant and project manager to support internal customers in Asia. Employing industry best practices, this leader will make significant process, systems, and customer service improvements in support of Collins production and cost-saving goals.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Work with cross functional stakeholders including 3PL TMS Partner, IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Global Trade and Customer Service, to design, develop, test, and deploy the TMS solution in new Collins sites in Asia.
- Execute the TMS Scope of Work (SOW) with the TMS Partner. If needed, recommend amendment
