Our Team

This team provides global engineering support for the BiPass product line, liquid cooling solutions, and drop-down heatsinks. The position will be part of this engineering team within Molex India Business Services.

What You Will Do
- Utilize Siemens NX to create detailed 3D models, sheet metal components, and assemblies, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with design standards.
- Design and develop sheet metal parts and products, including enclosures, brackets, panels, and welded assemblies, considering forming, bending, punching, and fabrication processes.
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to interpret technical requirements and customer needs, translating them into optimized 3D models, flat patterns, and 2D drawings.
- Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including bill of materials (BOMs), engineering change orders (ECOs), and release packages, using Teamcenter PLM.
- Manage CAD data, ensuring proper version control, configuration management, and data integrity within Teamcenter.




- Conduct design reviews and provide technical inputs to improve product performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and validation of sheet metal assemblies to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Evaluate design feasibility with respect to manufacturing processes such as laser cutting, turret punching, bending, welding, and finishing, and propose design optimizations.
- Work closely with manufacturing, fabrication, and production teams to resolve design-related issues and support smooth product realization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
- 5 to 10 years Design experience in Product design, Product Testing Systems, Manufacturing process knowledge
- Positive knowledge and understanding of electromechanical products, components and assemblies
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as molding, sheet metal tooling, fabrication of
