Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Bread Financial Soft Collections Process. The role involves interacting with customers who have overdue credit card payments, understanding their financial situations, and assisting them with payment solutions while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers regarding overdue credit card accounts.
- Educate customers about outstanding balances, due dates, and payment options.
- Negotiate and secure payment commitments while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in the system.
- Follow up on payment arrangements and ensure timely account resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Achieve monthly collection, productivity, and quality targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer service and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
