About the Role

PCS Global Group is looking for an experienced Australian Accountant to join our growing team. We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in Australian Accounting, Year-End Finalisation, Financial Statement Preparation, and Tax Compliance. If you have worked with Australian clients and are proficient in Xero, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Australian Year-End Finalisation and Book Finalisation.
- Prepare Financial Statements, Tax Workpapers, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare Australian Income Tax Returns for various entity types.
- Complete Bank, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger Reconciliations.
- Assist with BAS, IAS, GST, Payroll Tax, and other compliance activities.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting and taxation standards.

Requirements:




- 2-5 years of experience in Australian Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in Year-End Finalisation and Financial Statement Preparation.
- Good knowledge of Australian Taxation and Tax Return Preparation.
- Experience working with Australian clients.
- Strong knowledge of Xero (mandatory).
- Experience with MYOB, QuickBooks, APS, or HandiSoft will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
