Development
- Identify and onboard current clients (distributors, retailers, restaurants, etc.).
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Present product benefits and negotiate contracts.

Customer Relationship

Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing/ product team.

Order Processing &

Coordination
- Ensure timely order fulfillment with logistics/operations teams.
- Track sales orders and payment follow ups.

Promotions &

Branding
- Execute in-store promotions, trade schemes, and merchandising.
- Educate clients on new products/offers.

Coordination with Other Departments
- Ensure smooth coordination with customers, sales team, ASM, TSM,



other departments and stakeholders.
- Works with marketing, supply chain and finance teams.

Reporting &

Documentation
- Maintain sales records and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Update CRM with client interactions.

Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure building and maintaining relationships, sales support, understanding customer needs, providing excellent service, meeting or exceeding expectations, collecting feedback and resolving issues and complaints.

Staff Development
- Organize training sessions for sales staff on sales techniques and products.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
