Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using: EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Core Connectors Workday Studio Cloud Connect REST/SOAP APIs
- Build and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.
- Create and manage calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Workday HCM.
- Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.
- Monitor integration performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and external vendors.
